两种航空用密封剂的相容性研究

本文研究了PPG公司的航空用低密度通用密封剂PR1776M B-2 与Flamemaster公司的聚硫密封剂CS2415 B-2之间的相容性,根据AS5127/1 制定了相容性试验,测试了两种密封剂单独的剥离强度和结合之后的剥离强度、破坏界面及破坏形式.研究结果表明:PR1776M B-2 密封剂与CS2415B-2 密封剂相互粘附,剥离强度达 8.108 kN/m,远大于单独密封剂的剥离强度要求;破坏不发生在密封剂与试片、密封剂与增强层之间的界面,破坏形式为100%内聚破坏,两者表现出优异的相容性.本文为后续航司维修中提高密封剂可选择性及维修经济性提供了参考.
The Study on Compatibility of Two Aerosealants
In this paper,the compatibility between PPG's low-density general purpose sealant PR1776M B-2 for aviation and Flamemaster's polysulfide sealant CS2415 B-2 was studied.The compatibility test was developed according to AS5127/1,and the stripping strength,failure interface and failure form of the two sealants were tested.The results show that PR1776M B-2 sealant and CS2415B-2 sealant adhere to each other,and the peel strength reaches 8.108 kN/m,which is much higher than the peel strength of single sealant.The failure does not occur at the interface between the sealant and the test piece,the sealant and the reinforcement layer,and the failure form is 100%cohesive failure,and the two show excellent compatibility.This paper provides a reference for improving the selectivity of sealants and the maintenance economy in the maintenance of the maintenance division.
