海洋环境变电站设备结构特征对腐蚀影响调研分析

Research and Analysis of the Impact of Structural Characteristics of Substation Equipment on Corrosion in the Marine Environment

通过实地调研分析了海洋环境中变电站内的服役环境特征和设备腐蚀情况,调研发现沿海环境变电站设备腐蚀较为严重,且主要发生在设备的连接缝隙处、螺栓等异形位置,变电站设备的结构特征是影响腐蚀情况的主要因素.通过试验分析研究了变电站设备密封连接处缝隙宽度对腐蚀的影响,发现设备密封连接处缝隙宽度为(1~2)mm时,材料的腐蚀程度最轻;基于调研和研究提出了提高设备防腐能力的结构设计措施,助力提高沿海变电站设备的防腐能力.
Through the field research and analysis of the service environment characteristics and equipment corrosion in the substation in the marine environment,the research found that the coastal environment substation equipment corrosion is more serious,and mainly occurs in the equipment connection gap,bolts and other shaped position,the substation equipment structural characteristics is the main factor affecting the corrosion situation.Through the test analysis and research of substation equipment sealing connection gap width on corrosion,found that equipment sealing connection gap width of(1~2)mm,the corrosion degree of the material is the lightest;based on the research and study put forward to improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment of the structural design measures to help improve the corrosion resistance of coastal substation equipment.
