柔性悬挂方式开展振动试验实施方法探讨

本文旨在探讨依据GJB 150.16A-2009 中对于组合式飞机外挂的挂飞提出采用柔性悬挂方式实施振动的新理念,摒弃了之前成品通过夹具刚性连接到振动台上的传统方法.然而,GJB 150.16A-2009 试验标准对于试验的实施只是给出了一个系统性的构架和原则性的把控,对于具体实施过程中细节的描述和说明相对偏少.由于国内采用柔性悬挂方式实施试验的案例相对较少,大多数实验室都没有这方面的经验和技术积累.本文依托成品振动试验的案例,阐述了实施过程中的关注点和解决思路,并将试验时成品上的测量点与实测数据进行对比,对于差异性,给出了工况动作对于实测数据的影响,论证了模拟实际安装状态的试验目标,展望了以实测数据包络归纳谱进行振动试验的发展前景.
Discussion on Implementation Method of Vibration Test with Flexible Suspension Mode
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the new concept of flexible suspension for the combined aircraft external suspension in GJB 150.16A-200,which abandons the traditional methods of the finished product being rigorously connected to the vibration table.However,GJB 150.16A-2009 test standard for the implementation of the test only gives a systematic framework and principled control,for the specific implementation of the process of detail description and explanation is relatively less.Because of the domestic use of flexible suspension test cases are relatively few,most laboratories do not have this experience and technical accumulation.This article relies on a case study of vibration testing of finished product,describes several concerns and solutions in the implementation process,and compares the measurement points on the finished product during the experiment with the measured data,for the difference,also gives the influence of the working condition action on the measured data,demonstrates the test objective of simulating the actual installation state,and prospects the development of vibration testing using actual data induction spectrum.
