论滑台构造/安装方式等对夹具固有频率的影响

[目的/意义]基于典型T型夹具固有频率特性测试分析,有助于结构件在振动台水平滑台上固有频率测试技术发展.[方法/过程]本文研究了T型夹具在振动台滑台上出现异常谐波机理,对振动台动圈及滑台进行了有限元仿真,分析了产生谐波的原因,给出了如何提高夹具/结构件固有频率测试结果的准确性.[结果/结论]最后,总结了夹具/结构件在振动设备滑台上夹具特性固有频率测试机理,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.
On the Influence of Slide Construction and Installation Methods on the Fixture's Natural Frequencies
[Objective/Significance]The analysis of the inherent frequency characteristics of a typical T-type fixture contributes to the development of techniques for testing the inherent frequencies of structural components on the horizontal slide of a vibration table.[Method/Process]This paper studies the mechanism behind the occurrence of abnormal harmonics when a T-type fixture is used on the slide of a vibration table.Finite element simulations of the vibration table's moving coil and slide were performed to analyze the causes of the harmonics and provide guidance on how to enhance the accuracy of the inherent frequency test results of fixtures/structural components.[Results/Conclusion]Finally,it summarizes the mechanism of testing the inherent frequency characteristics of fixtures/structural components on the slides of vibration equipment and outlines prospects for future research directions.
