基于对整车AC电源线的射频传导发射测试设备原理与链路分析,有助于提升测试结果的准确性及测试问题排查效率.本文通过对按照GB/T 40428-2021《电动汽车传导充电电磁兼容性要求和试验方法》进行整车AC电源线的射频传导发射测试时出现的重复测试结果偏差大的典型案例分析,系统的介绍了排查定位、系统原理分析及基于分析结果的台架验证的全过程,给出了整车AC电源线的射频传导发射测试问题排查分析的基本思路及处置方法.
The analysis of the working principle and links of the test equipment for vehicle RF conducted emission on AC power lines is helpful to improve the accuracy of test results and troubleshooting efficiency.This paper systematically introduces the complete process of troubleshooting,system principle analysis and bench validation for vehicle RF conducted emission test on AC power lines,and gives the basic ideas and disposal methods for the analysis of vehicle RF conduction emission test problems on AC power lines by analyzing the two typical cases of large deviations in results of vehicle RF conducted emission test according to GB/T 40428-2021"Requirements and Test Methods for Electromagnetic Compatibility of Conductive Charging of Electric Vehicles".
