摘要
ISO 10605是汽车电子电气部件测试的基础标准,基于新版本标准,提供了新旧版本的差异分析,研究了测试设备、布置的差异,分别对零部件的上电及不上电模式及整车的测试进行了研究.最后,对静电测试过程中出现的问题及注意事项提出建议,为后续标准的实施及汽车及部件的静电测试提供参考.
Abstract
ISO 10605 is the basic standard for testing of electronic and electrical components in automobiles.Based on the new version of the standard,it provides an analysis of the differences between the old and new versions,examines the differences in test equipment and arrangements,and studies the power-up and no-power-up modes of components and the testing of the whole vehicle respectively.Finally,suggestions are made on the problems and precautions to be taken in the process of electrostatic testing to provide reference for the implementation of the subsequent standards and the electrostatic testing of vehicles and components.
