Factor Analysis on Promotion of Compulsory Cleaner Production Audits in Key Enterprises
A driving force model on promoting cleaner production (CP) and quantitative analysis indicators for promoting cleaner production in key enterprises were put forward.Effects of the economic development level,pollution pressure and external conditions on the promotion of compulsory CP audits in key enterprises were analyzed using the regression method.The results show that the audit rate of key enterprises is a more suitable and accurate indicator to reflect the promotion of cleaner production in key enterprises.Promotion of compulsory CP audits in key enterprises progresses under the influence of economic level,pollution pressure and external driving conditions.At the present stage,the drivers depend mainly on economy level and pollution pressure.It is necessary to strengthen the internal driving forces in enterprises to encourage CP in key enterprises,in order to improve the current situation of slow promotion speed due to the current driving system.
