Construction and Application of Biodiversity Investigation and Evaluation Information Platform in the Yellow River Delta
The Yellow River Delta is the youngest and most complete wetland ecosystem in China,with rich biodiversity resources.Over the years,Chinese government departments and research institutions have conducted numerous biodiversity surveys in the Yellow River Delta and its adjacent sea areas,accumulating a large amount of land and sea observational data.However,the lack of systematic organization and standardized database construction limits the depth of data mining and analysis.Therefore,in response to the demand for data resources and information technology development for biodiversity protection and enhancement under the background of coordinated land and sea management in the Yellow River Delta,this paper collected,organized,and supplemented biodiversity data of the Yellow River Delta,and built a comprehensive land-sea coupled biodiversity database system.It includes a heterogeneous biodiversity survey database covering plants,animals,and basic habitats.A database service platform was developed based on the Java EE platform and Hadoop framework to achieve integrated management of data collection,review,and storage,as well as functionalities such as survey mapping,biodiversity evaluation,and species atlas services.It provides an information platform for biodiversity survey and evaluation.Additionally,this paper combines biodiversity with regional marine health assessment to explore a model for coordinated land-sea regional biodiversity data management and evaluation.The construction of the information platform has realized the intelligent management of the species and distribution characteristics of biodiversity in the Yellow River Delta,quantified the biodiversity index and ecological environment quality,and provided basic data and service support for the conservation of biodiversity in the Yellow River Delta.
