Research on the spatial-temporal pattern evolution and influencing mechanism of the development of local ecological environmental standards in the Yangtze River Delta
Local ecological environmental standards play an important role in local environmental management, industrial upgrading, and green development.Promoting the development of local ecological and environmental standards in the Yangtze River Delta is contribute to promoting integrated protection of regional ecological environment and high-quality development. This study tries to explore the characteristics of spatial-temporal pattern evolution and influencing factors of the development of ecological environment standards in the Yangtze River Delta by principal component analysis and spatial autocorrelation methods. The results showed that since the"Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the number of ecological environment standards issued at the provincial level has increased from 6.4 to 33 per year, and at the municipal level, from 0.2 to 13.5.We found that 60%of local ecological environment standards are mainly formulated and released at the provincial level, and there are significant differences in the development speed and level of local standards for water, gas, soil and ecological environment fields. The ecological environment standards exhibit the weak spatial autocorrelation and imbalanced development characteristics in adjacent cities in 41 cities, with the rapid growth rate in the southern region. In terms of the regional green development, the overall spatial agglomeration effect is outstanding, with low value areas clustered in the northern part of the Yangtze River Delta and high value areas clustered in the southern region.Although the spatial distribution of urban green development index and local municipal standards is similar, the correlation between them is not significant. The local standards and economic development promote each other, and the total amount of local standards has increased by 1%,the economies of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui have grown by 0.952%,0.766%,0.883%and 0.915%,respectively.The open economy and commercial economy are the main economic impact factors for the local standards, therefore, further strengthen the open and shared economy and enhancing the development of commercial economy will be conducive to promoting the construction of regional ecological environment standard system and accelerating the development process of regional standard integration construction.
