Structure of soil microbial community at different succession stages of forest in Changbai Mountains
Forest ecosystem is one of the most important type of terrestrial ecosystems, and soil micro-organism is the main regulator of forest ecosystem. As forest succession proceeds, changes in above-ground plant types and diversity result in differences in composition of soil microbial community structure. In order to investigate the soil biological characteristics at different succession stages of forest and provide theoretical data for the sustainable development of forest resources in Changbai Mountains, this study selected forest plots aged 30,70 and 300 years and analyzed the evolution of soil physicochemical characteristics and microbial community at different successive stages of forest in Changbai Mountains. The results showed that there were significant differences in soil microbial community structure among different succession stages. At the 70 years,it significantly different from 30 and 300 years. The content of total PLFAs and the diversity of soil micro-organisms were significantly higher in 70 years than in 300 years.Soil microbial community structure was significantly influenced by soil pH and nutrients content.
