摘要

城市作为碳排放产生的主要空间以及进行"碳中和"核算的主体,承担着增加碳汇、减少碳排的生态使命.在当前"双碳"目标的规划发展思路下,以景观生态专业视角,结合成都市公园城市建设实践,对碳汇提升响应公园城市建设的内在逻辑进行分析,提出城市碳汇提升可以在直接路径、间接路径 2 个方面,通过优化景观生态系统布局、增加城市绿化总量、推进城市生态修复、提高生态碳汇质量、完善碳汇监测体系、健全碳汇市场、构建引导机制等多种景观规划设计方法实现.以期为城市低碳规划和城市绿地生态系统碳汇能力提升提供参考.

Abstract

As the main geographical space of carbon emissions and the main body of"carbon neutral"accounting,cities have dual ecological benefits of increasing carbon sinks and reducing carbon emissions.Under the current planning and development thinking of the"double carbon"goal,from the perspective of landscape ecology,combined with the published guidelines and the practice of park city construction in Chengdu,the internal logic of carbon sink improvement in response to park city construction is analyzed,and the urban carbon sink is proposed.Improvement can be done in two ways:Direct path and indirect path,by optimizing the layout of landscape ecosystems,increasing the total amount of urban greening,promoting urban ecological restoration,improving the quality of ecological carbon sinks,improving the carbon sink monitoring system,improving the carbon sink market,and building a guiding mechanism and other landscape planning and design methods.The purpose of this article is to provide reference for urban low-carbon planning and the improvement of carbon sequestration capacity of urban green space ecosystem.
