Floristic and phylogenetic analysis of seed plants in Xuzhou
Biodiversity is an important reflection of ecosystem stability. This study established a seed plant database in Xuzhou through data collection, investigation and collation, and on this basis studied the floristic nature and diversity of seed plants in Xuzhou. The vegetation in Xuzhou was divided into different geographical units, and the phylogenetic trees containing 847 species were constructed for phylogenetic analysis. The results showed that there are 15 floristic types of plant genera in Xuzhou, and the floristic components have obvious transitional properties. The phylogenetic studies showed that the plant diversity in Tongshan District,Pizhou City and Xinyi City of Xuzhou is greater than that in Gulou District,Quanshan District, and other urban areas with higher urbanization levels. This study combined floristic geography with phylogenetic florology to study the seed plants in the Xuzhou area.It not only proved the floristic composition of the plants in Xuzhou but also explored the evolutionary history of the seed plants in Xuzhou through pedigree analysis, which provided a scientific basis for vegetation protection and plant introduction in the Xuzhou area.
