生物多样性是生态系统稳定性的重要体现,本研究通过数据的收集、调查和整理建立了徐州市的种子植物数据库,以此为基础研究徐州市种子植物的区系性质和多样性;将徐州市植被划分成为不同的地理单元,并构建了含有 847 个物种的系统发育树,进行系统发育分析.结果显示,徐州地区植物属的区系类型共有 15 个,植物区系成分具有明显的过渡性质.系统发育研究表明,徐州的铜山区、邳州市、新沂市植物的系统发育多样性较大,鼓楼区、泉山区等城市化水平较高的市区植物多样性较小;本研究把植物区系地理学与系统发育区系学相结合来研究徐州地区的种子植物,不仅探明了徐州植物的区系组成,也通过谱系分析探究了徐州种子植物的进化历史,为徐州地区的植被保护以及植物引进提供了科学依据.
Floristic and phylogenetic analysis of seed plants in Xuzhou
Biodiversity is an important reflection of ecosystem stability.This study established a seed plant database in Xuzhou through data collection,investigation and collation,and on this basis studied the floristic nature and diversity of seed plants in Xuzhou.The vegetation in Xuzhou was divided into different geographical units,and the phylogenetic trees containing 847 species were constructed for phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that there are 15 floristic types of plant genera in Xuzhou,and the floristic components have obvious transitional properties.The phylogenetic studies showed that the plant diversity in Tongshan District,Pizhou City and Xinyi City of Xuzhou is greater than that in Gulou District,Quanshan District,and other urban areas with higher urbanization levels.This study combined floristic geography with phylogenetic florology to study the seed plants in the Xuzhou area.It not only proved the floristic composition of the plants in Xuzhou but also explored the evolutionary history of the seed plants in Xuzhou through pedigree analysis,which provided a scientific basis for vegetation protection and plant introduction in the Xuzhou area.
