Ecological monitoring spatio-temporal information micro-services:Architecture,technology and application——The case of Nanling National Station
With the deep integration of the new generation of information technologies such as the Internet of things, big data and the field of ecosystem and biodiversity monitoring, the efficient management and intelligent application of the continuous convergence of massive,multi-source,heterogeneous,multi-modal spatio-temporal big data resources is of great significance.Based on the spatio-temporal monitoring big data accumulated by Nanling Forest Ecosystem National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station("Nanling National Station"for short),a spatio-temporal information micro-service architecture for forest ecosystem and biodiversity monitoring was designed. The key technologies such as partitioning and packaging of micro-service architecture and incremental data extraction method.A spatio-temporal data management platform for ecosystem and biodiversity monitoring of Nanling National Station also had been developed. The spatio-temporal big data resources in Nanling National Station were effectively managed and analyzed.Testing and application analysis show that the forest ecosystem and biodiversity monitoring spatio-temporal information microservice architecture can meet the core application requirements for efficient management of ecological monitoring big data, enhance the scientific management efficiency of ecological monitoring spatio-temporal data resources, and can provide a powerful new tool for the management of forest ecosystem and biodiversity monitoring spatio-temporal big data.
