Hazardous waste generation,utilization and disposal in Guangdong Province and governance pathway
Solid waste management is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,and hazardous waste is the focus of solid waste environmental management work.Hazardous waste generation in Guangdong Province is large,complex and involves a wide range of industries,which puts great pressure on environmental management.By analyzing the current situation of hazardous waste generation in terms of regional distribution,industry distribution,waste types and utilization and disposal capacity building,it is pointed out that there are problems such as unsound governance system and weak governance capacity in Guangdong Province,and countermeasures such as constructing a regulatory policy system,a market system and a supervision system are proposed to promote the modern environmental governance of hazardous wastes for the reference of the management departments.
