潮白河再生水补给区地表水中邻苯二甲酸酯生态风险评估

邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)是一种常用的增塑剂,同时也是一类内分泌干扰物,对生物的生殖和发育具有潜在影响.为了评估潮白河再生水补给区地表水中PAEs的浓度水平和生态风险,根据近 6 年补给区地表水PAEs监测数据,分析了地表水中PAEs浓度变化,使用物种敏感性分布法(SSD)建立了 5 种PAEs的长期水质基准,推导出其长期水质基准值(LWQC),应用风险商值法确定了PAEs的生态风险.结果显示:补给区地表水中 6 种PAEs中DBP年均检出浓度最高,为 3 822.45 ng/L,BBP年均检出浓度最低,仅为 24.72 ng/L,且无论是在枯水期还是丰水期,地表水中PAEs单体均以DEHP和DBP为主;基于急性、慢性毒性数据建立的DMP、DEP、DBP、BBP和DEHP的长期水质基准STWQC与LWQC值依次为 373.4 μg/L、205.46 μg/L、4.8 μg/L、12.04 μg/L、3.15 μg/L和1 168.21 μg/L、179.57 μg/L、10.72 μg/L、15.05 μg/L、26.73 μg/L;总体而言,DMP、DEP、BBP具有较低的生态风险,而DBP和DEHP具有潜在的生态风险,可能对地表水生物造成不利影响,应予以重视.
Ecological risk assessment of phthalate esters in surface water of the reclaimed water replenishment area of Chaobai River
Phthalate esters(PAEs)are commonly used plasticizers and endocrine disruptors,which have the potential to affect the reproduction and development of organisms.To assess the concentration levels and ecological risks of PAEs in surface water within the reclaimed water recharge area of Chaobai River,we analyzed changes in PAEs concentrations based on monitoring data collected over the past 6 years.We established long-term water quality benchmarks for 5 PAEs using the species sensitivity distribution method(SSD),from which their respective long-term water quality datum values(LWQC)were derived.The ecological risk of PAEs was determined using the risk quotient method.This study revealed that DBP had an annual peak concentration of 3 822.45 ng/L,while BBP had a minimum annual concentration of 24.72 ng/L;DEHP and DBP were identified as the main monomers present in surface water during both dry and wet seasons.Based on acute and chronic toxicity data,we established STWQC and LWQC values for DMP,DEP,DBP,BBP,and DEHP were found to be 373.40 μg/L,205.46 μg/L,4.80 μg/L,12.04 μg/L,3.15 μg/L respectively and 1 168.21 μg/L,179.57 μg/L,10.72 μg/L,15.05 μg/L,26.73 μg/L respectively.In general,DMP,DEP,and BBP have low ecological risks whereas DBP and DEHP have potential ecological risks that may adversely impact surface water organisms warranting attention.
