The cogitation of cooperative protection between the 10-year fishing ban in the Yangtze River and water ecology
This study reviews the background of the 10-year fishing ban on the Yangtze River,showed the effects of the 10-year fishing ban and the gaps from target value,and finally analyzes the potential aquatic ecological effects in the Yangtze River Basin.We further give some protective strategies of the fishing ban and aquatic ecological coordination,including strengthening departmental collaboration,enhancing species conservation and restoration,promoting professional collaboration,consolidating theoretical foundation of cross-domain fusion,and building a network of intelligent link supervision.We provide decision-making reference for protecting the sustainable and healthy development of aquatic ecology in the Yangtze River Basin.
