Exploring the current situation and development trend of ecological governance of Loess Plateau in Northern Shaanxi——Taking Yan'an City as an example
Ecological restoration in the Loess Plateau region is an important strategic initiative to implement the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,proposing the development trend of ecosystem function enhancement governance in the new period.This study conducted a regional ecological background analysis by collecting relevant data from Yan'an City,identifying ecological problems such as soil erosion,soil erosion,biodiversity conservation,and water environment,and analyzing the ecological effects of ecological restoration measures taken in Yan'an City.The following conclusions were drawn:To improve the degree of regional soil and water erosion control through measures such as afforestation,soil and water conservation engineering and construction,and improvement of agricultural production methods;To carry out engineering and construction projects such as forest nourishment,forest quality enhancement,and restoration of degraded forests,and to enhance the regional capacity of water containment;To promote the maintenance of regional biodiversity through the establishment of biological migration corridors,a list of valuable wildlife and plants and other initiatives;and to implement ecological restoration methods such as the prevention and control of agricultural face-source pollution,the treatment of rural wastewater,and centralized treatment of industrial and agricultural water pollution,so as to improve the regional water environment.Combined with the advanced ecological restoration strategies in China,in order to promote ecological restoration in the Loess Plateau region with high quality,the restoration of the damaged ecological environment should be strengthened and implemented by formulating ecological restoration programs on the basis of accurately identifying ecological problems,carrying out comprehensive management of small watersheds,implementing systematic governance and restoration measures,emphasizing the auxiliary regeneration function of ecological restoration,and increasing the intensity of monitoring and inspection.The ecological restoration strategy of this study provides theoretical guidance for the implementation of ecosystem stability construction in the Loess Plateau region.
