Research on the construction path of "zero-waste city" from the perspective of ecological civilization——A case study of Dali
The construction of"zero-waste city"is not only a specific measure to accelerate the reduction,resource utilization and harmless disposal of solid waste across the country,but also an important handle for accelerating to achieve the goal of beautiful China under the background of ecological civilization construction.This study takes the city of Dali,a pilot city for the"zero-waste city"during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period in China,as an example.Thoroughly collects the overall progress of the"zero-waste city"construction of Dali,against the backdrop of striving to make Dali a practical base for Xi Jinping's ecological civilization concept and a national demonstration model where clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver.The effectiveness and highlights of the pilot construction were systematically summarized,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction process combined with the establishment of the indicator system in Dali.Based on this,this study proposes strategic suggestions for the construction of the"zero-waste city"in Dali during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,providing guidance for the comprehensive implementation of the"zero-waste city"construction in Dali during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period.
