Analysis of the current situation and characteristics of bird diversity in urban green spaces in Jinan
In order to explore the current status of urban bird diversity in Jinan,understand its community structure characteristics,and analyze the differences in bird diversity among different green spaces,a bird survey was conducted on 12 urban green space plots in Jinan from June to October in 2023 using the spline method.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Pielou evenness index,Berger Parker dominance index,and Jaccard community similarity coefficient were calculated,and analyze the diversity characteristics of urban birds in Jinan by combining the landscape characteristics of various green spaces.The results show that there are 57 species of urban bird species in 41 genera,32 families,and 14 orders in Jinan,with 29 species in the Passeriformes order.Most bird communities in various green spaces are at a moderate level of dissimilarity between communities,while a few bird communities in green spaces are at a moderate level of similarity.The type of green landscape has a significant impact on bird diversity,and the bird species and diversity index in water parks are higher than other types.Overall,there is no significant correlation between urban green space area and bird species,while the landscape diversity index is positively correlated with bird species.
