Research on the accounting method for carbon effect of"reduction"projects in comprehensive land improvement in Shanghai
The"reduction"of construction land is an important part of the overall land consolidation. The demolition and reclamation of inefficient or non-conforming land has certain impacts on land use efficiency, economic development and ecological environment, and is also beneficial to the realization of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Taking the reduction project of a chicken farm in Shanghai as an example,it can be found that 20.1 t of carbon emissions are generated in the reduction process due to mechanical energy consumption, and carbon balance can be reached 28 years after reclamation and planting. The carbon emissions in the process of"reduction"project implementation cannot be ignored, and the effect of reclamation and tree planting to reduce carbon emissions will take some time to appear, but it will still be beneficial in the long run.
