基于专利信息的内蒙古露天煤矿生态修复技术研究

在"双碳"背景下,内蒙古作为国家重要能源和战略资源基地,致力于生态优先、绿色发展,通过实施露天煤矿山生态修复技术集成与示范,推动绿色矿山建设.针对内蒙古地区露天煤矿生态修复现状,本研究基于 2005-2022 年内蒙古露天煤矿生态修复专利基础数据,通过技术领域分布、区域分布、专利技术构成功效等方面,运用专利分析方法对内蒙古露天煤矿生态修复技术专利结构进行了深入探讨.研究结论为内蒙古露天煤矿生态修复专利技术的总体趋势向好,但整体创新能力和创新水平仍有进一步发展空间,技术创新的地域差异较为显著,有效专利的拥有量不足,专利技术功效有待提高.基于上述结论,本研究提出了优化专利布局策略、提高科技成果转化率、加强专利技术集成与示范等改进建议,以期进一步发挥内蒙古作为全国北方重要生态安全屏障的重要作用.
Research on ecological restoration technology of Inner Mongolia open-pit coal mine based on patent information
Under the background of"double carbon",Inner Mongolia,as an important national energy and strategic resource base,is committed to ecological priority and green development,and is implementing the integration and demonstration of ecological restoration technology in open-pit coal mines to promote the construction of green mines.In view of the current situation of ecological restoration in open-pit coal mines in Inner Mongolia,based on the basic data of ecological restoration patents in Inner Mongolia open-pit coal mines from 2005 to 2022,the patent analysis method was used to conduct an in-depth discussion on the patent structure of ecological restoration technology in Inner Mongolia open-pit coal mines from the aspects of technical field distribution,regional distribution and patent technology composition effect.It is concluded that the general trend of ecological restoration patent technology in Inner Mongolia open-pit coal mine is good,but the overall innovation ability and innovation level still have room for further development,the regional difference of technological innovation is obvious,the insufficient possession of valid patents,the effectiveness of patented technology needs to be improved.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward some suggestions to optimize the patent layout strategy,increase the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and strengthen the integration and demonstration of patent technology,so as to further play the role of Inner Mongolia as an important ecological security barrier in northern China.
