本研究依托电解铝企业历史遗留环境问题,结合渣场及周边的环境调查、地质条件、水文特征、污染途径,对地下水污染进行预测模拟,对现行污染地下水及土壤风险管控技术从优缺点、场地适应性、施工方案、可实施性、工程造价等方面进行详细比选,择优以削源+阻隔+渗滤液抽出处理技术相结合,实现对渣场污染地下水及土壤风险管控.本案例实施可为污染地下水及土壤管控治理提供思路和借鉴,更好地解决遗留生态环保问题.
Application of risk management and control technology for polluted groundwater
Based on the environmental problems left over from the history of electrolytic aluminum enterprises,combined with the environmental investigation,geological conditions,hydrological characteristics and pollution routes of the slag yard and its surrounding areas,this study predicts and simulates the groundwater pollution,compares and compares the advantages and disadvantages,site adaptability,construction scheme,enforceability,project cost and other aspects of the current risk management and control technologies for polluted groundwater and soil in detail,and chooses the combination of source cutting+barrier+leachate extraction treatment technology to realize the risk management and control of polluted groundwater and soil in the slag yard.The implementation of this case can provide ideas and reference for the management and control of polluted groundwater and soil,and better solve the remaining ecological and environmental problems.
