Study on the economic operation of limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization facilities in coal-fired power plants
With the increasing emphasis on ecological environment protection by the country, large and medium-sized coal-fired power plants in China have completed ultra-low emission transformation.Coal fired power plants in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have completed deep flue gas treatment transformation in accordance with the requirements of deep flue gas treatment and the emission concentration limits of flue gas pollutants have exceeded the international level. The ultra-low emission of flue gas will inevitably lead to an increase in production and maintenance costs, especially now that coal-fired power plants are affected by the coal market, the economic index is declining, and they are facing the pressure of continuously increasing comprehensive operating costs. How to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement has become a common challenge faced by coal-fired power plants. This study takes a certain coal-fired power plant as an example to summarize its efforts to maintain sustainable and healthy development of environmental protection facilities, reduce operating costs, and achieve an effective balance between environmental protection and economy. It deeply carries out energy-saving and consumption reducing practices of limestone gypsum wet desulfurization system. The unit cost of desulphurization system decreased obviously.A set of energy-saving and consumption reducing practices suitable for large and medium-sized coal-fired power plants has been explored, and the effect is significant.
