Take the beautiful bay as the starting point to help the construction of beautiful China
The construction of beautiful bays is the concentrated embodiment and practical carrier of the construction of beautiful China in the marine field,and is the main line of marine ecological environment protection in the"14th Five-Year Plan"and even in the future.In this study,the author firstly summarized the guiding significance of relevant policies from the aspects of the protection and construction of beautiful bay and the status quo of beautiful bay construction.Based on the experiences,this study pointed out that the main problem of the protection and construction of beautiful bay were the insufficient monitoring density of marine ecological environment;The summary of experience model was inadequate summary,and the promotion were limited;The index data was not uniform;The fragmentation of the beautiful bay;The garbage rectification was not timely.At last based on the above problems,the specific suggestions for the construction of beautiful bay were strengthen capacity building,condensed experience and focus on publicity,strengthen scientific and technological support,maintain ecological integrity,establish regular supervision and feedback mechanisms,strengthen information disclosure and public participation,and promote the construction of beautiful bay in steps.
