A review of habitat barrier and fragmentation effects on power transmission and transformation projects based on bibliometric analysis
In order to explore the research status, hotspots, and trends of habitat effects of power transmission and transformation engineering,CiteSpace bibliometric tools were used to visually analyze the publication volume, keywords and countries in the field of habitat barrier and fragmentation effects of power transmission and transformation engineering from 2004 to 2023 were visually analyzed,by the Web of Science(WOS)database as the data source. The results show that in the past two decades, the research on habitat barrier and fragmentation effects of power transmission and transformation projects has shown a fluctuating trend, and the number of published papers has increased year by year since 2013.In addition to"power lines",keywords such as"mortality""birds""habitat"and"wildlife"appear frequently, which are the key research objects of habitat effects in power transmission and transformation projects. The United States,Spain and the United Kingdom ranked first in terms of publication volume and centrality; The results of cluster analysis show that the current research hotspots in this field are animal collision and electric shock, animal avoidance effect, habitat fragmentation effect, and edge effect.
