Analysis and Simulation of the Optical Ghosting Failure of Integrated Canopy
In response to the optical ghosting failure of the integrated canopy during flight test,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the optical ghosting failure caused by complex canopy shape,using CATIA secondary development technique,the explorative study of simulation technology for canopy optical ghosting failure is made,and developes a special optical ghosting simulation module to solve the aircraft canopy optical ghosting failure in flight.This paper pro-vides a rapid and iterative tool for the design of optical ghosting of transparent parts and the optimization of the appear-ance of transparent parts.The method and conclusion can be used in the aircraft scheme and preliminary design stage to effectively analyze and evaluate the optical properties of transparent parts to shorten the development cycle and reduce the risk of development.
