A Survey on Joint Simulation Methods for Multiple Models
The application of digital twin technology in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, complex system design, operation, and maintenance is constantly deepening, leading to the generation of a large number of digital twin models with multi-physics,multi-scale,and multi-disciplinary attributes. How to better utilize these models to guide product design and usage has become a pressing issue.Currently, there is a lot of research on the joint simulation of multi-disciplinary,multi-domain,and large-scale digital twin models. However, due to the lack of unified standards, researchers have adopted various distinctive methods for joint simulation.Attempts are made to review the existing methods of joint simulation of multiple digital twin models, classify and summarize the main methods used, and dis-cuss their advantages and drawbacks.
