摘要

针对航空发动机燃滑油泵用控制器电磁兼容性(EMC)试验项目CE102和RE102,根据设备的特点,从设计要求、滤波电路设计和结构设计几方面进行了一体化滤波组件的总体方案设计.通过采用工程经验以及公式计算滤波器参数的方法设计的一体化滤波组件并不能使设备一次性通过电磁兼容性的全部试验项目考核,根据实际工况进行试验摸底测试,对未通过的试验项目的超标点进行分析与定位后,确定其原因是由于电路设计中无Y电容去泄放共模干扰,计算选用的共模电感的电感量偏小所致.结果表明:通过采取增加共模电感量和输出线屏蔽的措施和在设备输入端加装一体化滤波组件,消除或减小了其在电源线和信号线上产生的传导干扰,使试验项目顺利通过.

Abstract

In order to make the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)test items CE102 and RE102 for the controller of aeroengine fuel and lubricating oil pumps pass smoothly,according to the characteristics and design requirements of the equipment,the overall scheme design of the integrated filter component,including filter circuit design and structural design,was conducted.The design of the integrated filter component by using engineering experiences and formulas to calculate filter parameters can't make the equipment pass all the electromagnetic compatibility test items at one time.It is necessary to carry out pre-compliance tests according to actual working condi-tions.After analyzing and locating the non-conformance points of the failed test items,it was found that there was no Y capacitor in the circuit design to discharge common mode interferences,and the inductance of the common mode inductor selected for calculation was too small.The results show that by increasing the common mode inductance,shielding the output line,and adding an integrated filter component at the input terminals of the equipment,the conducted interferences generated on the power lines and signal lines can be eliminated or reduced,making the test items pass smoothly.
