摘要
目的：系统评价不同剂量阿司匹林用于脑梗死急性期的临床效果。方法选取神经内科近1年来收治的脑梗死急性期的患者80例，年龄38～65岁随机分成试验组与对照组，两组均为40例。试验组在治疗时接受大剂量阿司匹林（300 mg）疗法，对照组接受小剂量阿司匹林（100 mg）法。观察及对比两组临床疗效。结果在80例患者中，大剂量阿司匹林疗法有效率91.03％，小剂量阿司匹林法的有效率为83.67％。经χ2检验两两比较，大剂量阿司匹林疗法的有效率均高于单独用小剂量阿司匹林（100 mg）法，P值为0.042。大剂量阿司匹林疗法组无论是在血小板开始下降时间，还是在血小板达到最低值时间和梗塞病症得到控制时间均明显低于小剂量阿司匹林（100 mg）法组，并且上述数值两组之间的差异有统计学意义（ P值分别为0.025、0.031和0.043）。结论大剂量阿司匹林疗法对于脑梗死急性期患者具有较好的临床疗效，较小剂量阿司匹林法对脑梗死急性期抗血管形成功能具有较好的临床治疗效果。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of different doses of aspirin for acutecerebral infarc-tion.Methods 80 acute cerebral infarction patients were chosen in our hospitaldepartment of internal medicine nerve during the past 1 years, age 38~65 years old were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , two groups for 40 cases.The experimental group received a large dose of aspirin in the treatment (300 mg) therapy, the con-trol group received low dose aspirin (100 mg) method.Observation and comparison of twogroups of clinical curative effect.Results In 80 patients, high-dose aspirin therapy efficiency of 91.03%, small dose aspirin method efficiency is 83.67%.The X2 test is two two , the effective rate of large dose of aspirin therapy was higher than the single use of low-dose aspirin (100 mg) method, the P value is 0.042.High dose aspirin therapy group both began to decline in platelet,and reached the minimum time and infarction disease control time was significantly lower than that of low dose aspirin on platelet (100 mg) group, and the difference was statistically significantbetween the two groups the values ( P values were 0.025 , 0.031 and 0.043 ).Conclusions High dose aspirin therapy has good clinical efficacy in patients with cerebral infarction in acute stage ,small dose of aspirin in acute period of cerebral infarction anti angiogenesis func -tion has abetter clinical therapeutic effect.
