摘要
肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率亦很高,给我们国家带来了极大的经济社会负担.近年的研究发现长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)参与了肝癌的细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭、转移等过程.本文对lncRNA浆细胞瘤变异易位基因1(plasmacytoma variant translocation gene 1,PVT1)概述的基础上,重点阐述lncRNA PVT1在肝癌的发生、进展、转移等方面的作用.
Abstract
Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China,with a high mortality rate,which brings great economic and social burden to our country.Recent studies have found that long non coding RNA(lncRNA)is involved in the proliferation,migration,invasion,and metastasis of liver cancer cells.Based on an overview of lncRNA plasma cell tumor variant translocation gene 1(PVT1),this article focuses on the role of lncRNA PVT1 in the occurrence,progression,and metastasis of liver cancer.
