The Effect of Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Surgery Through Breast Breast on Pain Level and Scarring and Incidence of Complications in Patients with Papillary Thyroid Cancer
Objective To use minimally invasive endoscopic surgery in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods 94 PTC patients admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 47 patients each. The control group underwent traditional anterior open cervical surgery, and the observation group underwent minimally invasive endoscopic surgery and was followed for 3 months.Comparing the two groups, surgery, pain, scarring, thyroid function indicators, stress response, and complications. Results Intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was(19.53±2.61)mL,of(33.45±3.59)mL less than the control group,The operative time was(138.47±16.21)min,longer than the control group(110.56 ±13.49)min,Time of hospital stay was(3.20±0.53)d,Shorter than the(7.15±1.69)d of the control group,The complication rate was 4.26%(2/47),Less than 19.15%(control group 9/47);And postoperative visual analog pain score(VAS)was(2.09±0.31),Vancouver scar Scale(VSS)(5.25±0.97),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)was(3.21±0.53)mU/L,cortisol(Cor)(195.36±15.35)nmol/L,norepinephrine(NE)(271.46±16.21)pmol/L,Lower score(3.15 ±0.47),(8.31±1.59),(3.68±0.71)mU/L,(236.95±18.71)nmol/L,(301.59±18.535)pmol/L than the control group,Triiodothyronine(T3)was(1.62±0.16)nmol/L,thyroxine(T4)was(98.40±7.58)nmol/L,Higher than(1.27±0.24)nmol/L,(90.35±6.21)nmol/L than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive endoscopic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, light pain and stress response, quick scar recovery, and less complications, which can protect the thyroid function of PTC patients, and can be used in clinical practice.
