Objective To compare the effect of Sufentanil combined with tramadol on postoperative analgesia in burn patients. Methods 80 burn patients treated in our hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were divided into two groups with 40 cases each according to random number table method.Sufentanil combined with dezocine injection was used for postoperative analgesia in control group, and sufentanil combined with tramadol was used for postoperative analgesia in observation group. The severity of pain, the number of analgesic pump, dizziness, nausea and vomiting and other adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 4 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the number of analgesic pump compressions was less than that in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Sufentanil combined with tramadol has good analgesic effect in burn patients after operation, which can enhance the analgesic effect, reduce the number of analgesic pump and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
