Application Value of Interventional Chemoembolization Combined with Chinese Patent Medicine Aidi Injection in the Treatment of Middle and Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
Objective To analyze and evaluate the application value of interventional chemoembolization combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Aidi injection in improving the survival rate of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods From March 2020 to February 2024,76 patients in our hospital who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the study were randomly assigned to two groups.The experimental group received interventional chemoembolization combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Aidi injection,and the control group received conventional chemotherapy;Compare and analyze the differences in CA199 index improvement and progression free survival rate between two groups after treatment.Results Interventional chemoembolization combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Aidi injection had a significant improvement effect on CA199 index,and the progression free survival rate had a significant advantage compared with chemotherapy alone,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusions Interventional chemoembolization combined with traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations Aidi injection has obvious clinical effect in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and can be popularized.
