Research Progress of Zirconium-based Composite High Temperature Microwave Absorbing Materials
With the rapid development of military equipment,the key components of high-speed aircraft and weaponry need to fulfill the stealth requirements under the severe conditions of high temperature,and the development of excellent heat resistant electromagnetic wave absorbing materials has become one of the research hotspots,among which zirconium-based composites have been widely concerned due to the characteristics of high-temperature resistance and antioxidant resistance.This paper introduces the preparation method,microwave absorption mechanism and absorbing property of zirconium-based composite materials at room temperature and high temperature,especially for the core-shell composite structure is elaborated in detail.The synergistic loss effect between the zirconium-based shell layer and the magnetic core is analyzed,and the reasons and improvement methods for narrow bandwidth of wave absorbing and weak absorption at high temperature are summarized.Finally,this paper condenses the key scientific and technical issues in the research of zirconium-based composite microwave absorbing materials,based on which possible optimization methods and development directions are proposed to provide reference for the future research and development of high temperature microwave absorbing materials.
