摘要

针对国外器件禁运等不稳定因素,研制了一种S波段 100%国产化 500 W功率放大器,该功率放大器主要包括电源模块、监控电路模块、射频增益模块、射频驱动模块、500 W末级功放模块、功率检波模块、主动散热冷却系统以及嵌入式系统为基础的核心控制模块,核心器件采用国产氮化稼芯片组成单个100 W功放单元,八路功放单元通过径向合成的方式完成功率放大功能,最终实现2018 MHz~2120 MHz连续波输出功率大于 500 W,增益大于 72dB,三阶互调指标优于-29dBc.该功率放大器接口独立,通过高效脉动热管均温平台提高散热效率,散热性能良好,具有高线性化,高功率,高效率等优点,并配置了完备的功放保护功能,适用于卫星通信、散射通信等领域发射系统.

Abstract

In response to unstable factors such as the embargo of foreign devices,a 100%domestically produced 500W S-band power amplifier is developed.The power amplifier mainly consists of a power module,a monitoring circuit module,an RF gain module,an RF driver module,a 500W final-stage power amplifier module,a power de-tection module,an active cooling system,and a core control module based on an embedded system.As the core device,the 100W power amplifier units use domestic GaN chips.Eight such power amplifier units complete the power amplification function through radial synthesis,resulting in a continuous wave output power of greater than 500W in the frequency range from 2018MHz to 2120MHz,a gain of greater than 72dB,and a third-order intermod-ulation specification of better than-29dBc.The power amplifier features independent interface,good heat dissipa-tion performance,high linearization,high power,and high efficiency.It uses a high-efficiency pulsating heat pipe temperature equalization platform to improve the heat dissipation efficiency.It is also equipped with complete power amplifier protection function.The power amplifier can be used in transmitting subsystems of various systems,such as satellite communications and scattering communications systems.
