In view of systematic error problem in the radar network filtering process,in this paper,a method was proposed based on the two-station second-order robustness estimation that can reduce the problem of low-resolution radar in the three-station network.A third-order robust estimation method for track filtering system errors was pres-ented,and the effect of this method on reducing filtering system errors under two different station deployment modes was discussed.The simulation results proved that this method can effectively reduce the systematic errors generated in the measurement of distance,azimuth and pitch dimensions during the network filtering process in the first sta-tion layout mode.
