In this paper,an S-band multifunction digital array module was introduced creatively.First of all,the top level architecture design of DAM was presented,then the design process of each subsystem was illustrated,and at last the performance index of DAM was listed.The DAM can realize multiple functions of radar,communication and electronic warfare at different time.The max signal bandwidth was 200MHz,also arbitrary waveform can be generated.The DAM has good application prospect in multifunction integrated RF system.
