The model of the erecting system of the missile launching vehicle was established and the erection process of the launcher was simulated.The result showed that the launcher can be erected smoothly from 0°to 75°,the launcher is subjected to a maximum thrust of 110KN during the erection process.Then,the retraction process of the launcher was simulated.The result showed that during the retraction process,the constant opening and clos-ing of the balance valve spool caused fluctuations in control pressure,and in the flow and pressure of the hydraulic system,which ultimately leading to severe vibration of the launch.Finally,it was proposed to suppress the vibra-tion of the launcher during retraction by increasing the liquid volume,using hoses and reducing the diameter of damping holes,and the effectiveness of three ways was verified through simulation.
