相控阵天线测试是天线研制生产过程中必须的一个环节.为解决现有某型号相控阵天线方向图测试时间长的问题,根据测试方向图所处理指标要求、波控指令发送以及测量仪表数据采集特点,对测试方法、流程、时序进行重新合理设计,提出了一种基于多线程消息框架的测试系统设计方法,得到了一套效率更高的相控阵天线测试系统.文中详细介绍了相控阵天线测试系统的硬件及功能、测试方法优化、系统软件中设计的各功能模块具体实现过程,对模块中的线程执行任务进行了说明.经实际生产使用验证,系统运行稳定、使用情况良好,方向图测试数据可靠、测试稳定性高、测试时间短,具有一定的应用参考意义.
The testing of phased array antennas is a necessary part of the antenna development and production process.In order to solve the problem of long testing time for a certain type of phased array antenna pattern,a tes-ting method,process,and timing were redesigned based on the processing requirements of the testing pattern,wave control command sending,and measurement instrument data collection characteristics.A testing system design method based on a multi-threaded message framework was proposed,resulting in a more efficient phased array an-tenna testing system.A detailed introduction was provided to the hardware and functions of the phased array anten-na testing system,optimization of testing methods,and the specific implementation process of each functional mod-ule designed in the system software.It also explained the thread execution tasks in the module.After practical pro-duction and use verification,the system runs stably and is in good condition.The directional pattern test data is re-liable,the test stability is high,and the test time is short,which has certain application reference significance.
