本文介绍了一种基于GaN功放芯片的Ku波段四通道T/R组件.该组件具有高效率、高集成、小体积、重量轻、模块化等特点.文章从T/R组件射频链路框架、收发通道指标推算、射频转接仿真方面进行阐述.最终测试结果显示,该组件在2GHz工作带宽内性能优良,发射功率大于40dBm,效率高于28%;接收增益大于29.5dB,噪声系数小于3.6.
In this paper,a Ku-band four-channel T/R module is designed based on GaN power amplifier chips.The T/R module features high efficiency,high integration level,small size,light weight,and high modularity.The design of the T/R module is described from various aspects,including framework design of the RF link,specifica-tion calculation of the transmit-receive channel,and RF interconnection simulation.The test results show that the T/R module has outstanding performance within 2 GHz operating bandwidth,with a transmitting power greater than 40dBm and an efficiency greater than 28%.In addition,its receiving gain is greater than 29.5dB and the noise co-efficient is less than 3.6.
