NLFM signals have attracted widespread attention in recent years because they can obtain low side-lobe levels without weighted filtering during pulse compression. However, the NLFM signals have poor Doppler perform-ance,and their Doppler sensitivity increases as the duration of the transmitting signal increases. The spectrum cor-rection filter was used to improve the Doppler performance of the NLFM signals, reducing the sidelobe level of the NLFM signals in the presence of Doppler frequency shifts. In addition, the delay of the pulse compression waveform peaks was eliminated by calculating the mean peak time of the pulse compression waveforms of matching positive and negative frequency modulation signals.
