The active decoy system is a cost-effective means of countering anti-radiation missiles.Simulation model-ing of the active deception process can evaluate the working effect of the active decoy system, guide the design and improvement of the decoy system, and can also be used for anti-radiation missiles combat simulation. In order to improve the fidelity of the simulation of the anti-radiation missile deception process, parameters were introduced such as the signal form of the radiation source and the antenna gain;for anti-radiation missile PRI sorting and the radiation source emitting repeated frequency staggered signals,a simulation guidance system was designed and im-plemented.The method of the seeker receiving the pulse sequence;the simulation of the angular resolution of the anti-radiation missile was achieved through a two-dimensional clustering method;the simulation of the missile mo-tion was achieved by simplifying the missile motion into a vector rotating around an arbitrary axis in three-dimen-sional space. Finally, the established model was used to obtain the effective decoy array distance of the system based on the set radiation source and missile parameters.
