Taking a large heavy-load lifting mechanism as the research object,in this paper,the influence of wind load on stiffness of the lifting mechanism was analyzed through three methods.For the first method,the issue was disposed as a prismatic bar bending problem,with the analytical method calculating the bending deflection;secondly,linear static simulation analysis of the lifting mechanism was carried out using the finite element method;thirdly,stiffness tests were carried out.Then,the test results were compared with the results obtained using the first and second methods.The reasons for the large differences between the results were analyzed,and the simula-tion method was improved based on the contact nonlinear theory.The results obtained via the improved simulation method were in good agreement with the test results,which proved the effectiveness of the method.The improved simulation method can improve the accuracy of lifting mechanism simulation analysis in the design stage;it had high engineering application value.
