Antenna array is the key part of phased array radar.As a special temperature cooling device for electron-ic equipment,liquid cooling unit has been widely used in the cooling of phased array radar.To meet requirements of the high heat consumption,high weight index,high reliability and harsh environment adaptation,100kW air-cooled liquid cooled unit was designed.The liquid cooling unit was divided into five units and arranged on the mid-dle frame of the active electronically scanned array by using cooperative design technology,and the integrated de-sign of liquid cooling unit and antenna array was realized.The weight,volume and cost of the liquid cooling unit were reduced by 54%,65%and 30%,respectively.The key technology of the liquid cooling unit had been solved,such as adaptive design for wind sand and salt fog environment,and the sealing design of the pipeline pass-ing through the cabin.It can be used for reference in the subsequent design of high integrated liquid cooling unit.
