本文通过使用射频可编程逻辑门阵列芯片片内集成ADC器件实现对宽带模拟信号采集.分别从硬件外围电路设计,以及软件接口数据格式两个方面阐述了片内集成ADC器件的使用.并详细展示了第一、第二奈奎斯特区间内的采样结果.最后通过Matab对采集结果从信噪比,无杂散动态范围和有效位数三个指标进行离线分析.
In this paper,the wideband analog signal sampling is realized by using an integrated ADC component on the radio frequency field programmable gate array(RF-FPGA)chip.The use of the ADC-on-chip is described from two aspects:hardware peripheral circuit design and software interface data format.In addition,the sampling results of the first and second Nyquist intervals are detailed.Finally,MATLAB is used for off-line analysis of the sampling results in terms of three metrics,namely signal-to-noise ratio,spurious-free dynamic range,and effective number of bits.
