To meet the demand for domestic production,a domestic solid-state gallium nitride(GaN)radar trans-mitter operating at a frequency in the range of 2.7GHz to 2.9GHz is proposed in this paper.The transmit system is designed with two independent transmit channels,namely channels A and B,which can operate separately.In the event of a failure in one channel,the transmit system can automatically switch to the other channel without causing an interruption.The components of the transmit system are located in the transmitter cabinet and the power supply cabinet.After receiving control commands from the transmit monitoring system,the commands are executed to com-plete the transmit power supply and transmit component control.In addition,data such as power,current,and voltage values are collected,and the working status and fault information of main components of the system are sent to the monitoring system.
