液态铅铋实验回路KYLIN-Ⅱ热平衡理论分析研究

铅铋合金共晶体(PbBi)是加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)的重要靶材料和冷却剂候选材料,也是先进快中子堆的重要冷却剂材料,液态铅铋实验回路是开展液态铅铋重金属研究的必备实验平台.本文介绍了FDS团队正在设计建造的KYLIN-Ⅱ铅铋液态金属材料实验回路的整体结构及关键部件,对三种运行工况下主回路的热收支情况进行了计算与分析.计算表明,在这三种工况范围内,整个回路的热收入与热支出平衡,关键部件的设计能够满足回路的加热与冷却需求,可以保证回路的稳定运行.
Analysis on Heat Balance for Liquid Lead-Bismuth Experimental Loop KYLIN-Ⅱ
Lead bismuth eutectic (PbBi) has been proposed as the candidate spallationtarget and coolant material for accelerator driven sub-critical systems (ADS) as well ascoolant material for fast neutron reactor,the liquid PbBi loop is the necessary experimental platform for the study of PbBi related technologies.This paper introduces the structure and main components in LBE metal loop KYLIN-Ⅱ which is constructed by FDS Team.Heat balance of three operating conditionsis calculated and analyzed.In the range of the three operating conditions,the results indicate that the input and output energy is balanced,the design of main componentsis feasible,and the loop could operate stable.
