摘要

通过分析国内某核电厂贯穿件焊缝现场检查条件,阐述国内外现有管道检测装置的不适应性,本文提出了一种管道贯穿件对接全焊透环焊缝自动超声检测的技术方案,解决了该焊缝手动检查不可达的问题,实现了贯穿件管道狭窄空间内检测装置的快速安装和定位,操作简单、高效.采用开发的检测系统应用于某核电厂贯穿件焊缝在役检查,结果表明检测系统满足现场检查要求,验证了技术开发的有效性.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of inspection conditions of penetration welds in domestic Nuclear Power Plant,the incompatibility of the pipeline inspection equipment in China and other countries is illustrated.This paper proposes a technical solution for full-penetration circumferential butt weld using the automatic ultrasonic inspection system,with simple and efficient operation,which can realizes rapid installation and positioning of the inspection device in the narrow space.The inspection system is applied to the in-service inspection of penetration pipe welds in Nuclear Power Plant,results show that the inspection system meets the requirements of in-service inspection,and the effectiveness of the technical development is verified.
