摘要

某核电厂多台大型立式泵组由于结构共振导致电机振动超标,先后通过动平衡、支撑调整、扭矩调整等方式进行振动治理,降振效果不佳并且振动反复发生.鉴于结构共振传统治理方案的局限性,并结合核电机组运行的特点,决定采用调谐质量阻尼技术用于泵组的振动治理.经过现场测绘、模型设计、强度校核、仿真分析、制作测试以及现场验证,降振效果显著,同时现场实施方便,对设备无需改动.通过该案例的介绍,为旋转机械振动治理提供了一种新的借鉴方法.

Abstract

The motor vibration of several large vertical pump units in a nuclear power plant exceeded the standard due to structural resonance,vibration control was carried out through dynamic balance,support adjustment,torque adjustment,etc.The vibration reduction effect was poor and the vibration occurred repeatedly.In view of the limitations of the traditional treatment for structural resonance,and in combination with the operation characteristics of the nuclear power unit,the tuned mass damping technique was adopted for vibration control of the pump unit.After on-site mapping,model design,strength check,simulation analysis,production test and on-site verification,the vibration reduction effect is significant,and the on-site implementation is convenient,without changing the equipment.Through the introduction of this case,a new reference method is provided for vibration control of the rotating machinery.
