钠气溶胶是钠冷快堆出现钠泄漏及钠火工况时产生的特征性产物,空气中存在的极早期微量钠气溶胶监测对相关事故监测和事故处置意义重大.为了解决工程应用领域钠气溶胶在线监测手段空白问题,研制了一款基于原子发射光谱法的钠气溶胶在线监测装置,并以该装置为主体设计了一套面向工程应用的探测系统,并开展了少量真实钠气溶胶环境、钠泄漏钠火工况下的系统运行试验.结果表明,钠气溶胶在线监测系统对真实钠燃烧产生的钠气溶胶同样具有采样和分析检测功能,采样设计满足探测器分析需求,监测系统对钠火产生的钠气溶胶响应迅速、灵敏,具备早期探测钠泄漏、钠火的能力,并实现了联锁报警等系统功能,具备了工程化应用前景和条件.
Study on Engineering Application of Sodium Aerosol On-line Monitoring Device Based on Atomic Emission Spectroscopy
Sodium aerosol is a characteristic product produced when sodium leakage and sodium fire conditions occur in the sodium cold reactor,and the very early trace sodium aerosol monitoring in the air is of great significance to the related accident monitoring and accident disposal.In order to solve the blank problem of sodium aerosol online monitoring methods in the engineering application field,a sodium aerosol online monitoring device based on atomic emission spectroscopy was developed,and a detection system for engineering applications was designed based on the device.The system operation test under a small amount of real sodium aerosol environment and sodium leakage and sodium fire conditions was carried out.The results show that the sodium aerosol on-line monitoring system also has sampling and analysis and detection function for the sodium aerosol produced by real sodium combustion,the sampling design meets the needs of detector analysis,the monitoring system responds quickly and sensitively to sodium aerosol produced by sodium fire,has the ability to detect sodium leakage and sodium fire early,and realizes the system functions such as interlock alarm,and has the prospect and condition of engineering application.
